This type of basalt stone is very precious and unique , the hexagonal shape is not man made , it's naturally formed during the long period of ecological evolvement due to vertical joints produced by the condensation and contraction of magma, which divides the volcanic rock into polygonal columnar structures. The monolith from the quarry can be automatically split in hexagonal columns with different heights and diameters. The surface skin is yellow with dark black inside.
